Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, to every country we serve, with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–15 working days depending on your country and local customs. Most parcels in Europe and North America arrive inside 10 working days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking normally goes live 24–48 hours after dispatch. You can follow it on our Track Order page.

International parcels often show no movement for several days while they clear customs or move between carriers. This is normal. If there is no update for ten days, email us and we will chase it.

Where we ship

We deliver to more than 40 countries across Europe, North America, Australia and most of Asia. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there.

Customs and duties

For the large majority of destinations there is nothing further to pay. A small number of countries apply import duty on parcels above a certain value; where that happens the charge is set by your government and is the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple items

Items ship together where possible. If a product comes from a different warehouse you may receive two parcels and two tracking numbers.

Wrong or missing parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then email us. If it does not surface, we resend or refund.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, in original condition and packaging. Full detail is on our Refund Policy page, and you can start a return on the Request a Return page.
